JMA is pleased to announce that in conjunction with our website we are offering an exciting new service to add to the JMA Portfolio. JMA are conscious of the current difficult economic climate, and appreciate the fact that employers are keen to keep costs to a minimum. For this reason we are now offering our PurelyPost service.
This is a service specifically designed for clients who do not require our entire recruitment service, but do require a platform to advertise a job and from which to receive CV's. We can offer a selection of options to enable our clients to tailor an advertising campaign to their requirements, and if at the end of this process our client requires our assistance we will deduct the cost of this advertising from our standard fee.
PurelyPost is a service designed to assist our clients with a cost effective option to standard recruitment, and we hope will allow companies the added flexibility in their recruitment processes.
Managed Agency
JMA are all too aware of how competitive our market can be, and of the adverse effect this can have for our clients when receiving numerous calls from agencies all keen to assist you with a role.
Over the last four years JMA have built a great number of strong relationships with clients, a number of whom take advantage of our Managed Agency service as a way of ensuring that their business and their recruitment requirements are managed efficiently and without too much intrusion in to their day.
The service is simple and has no added cost implications for the client. JMA will manage the agencies with whom you decide to work and ensure that you only receive suitable CV's from one point of call. All agency calls can be directed to JMA and we will manage service levels, maintain a standardised fee structure and make sure that you only receive suitable CV's from as many agencies as you choose to work with. We will manage your relationship with your agencies but allow you to direct all of your recruitment enquiries through JMA. Temp Managed Agency
JMA also offers a fantastic option for our clients who require temporary workers. With dedicated Temporaries consultants, JMA is able to supply a temporaries service which is second to none. We will ensure that we provide an infrastructure to allow you not only to track your temporary workforce hours any where in the world through biometric scanners or swipe 'in' and 'out' machines, but we are also able to offer our cutting edge online payroll and timesheet management system "PeopleManager". This service will allow our clients to manage spend and also to budget for future requirements online and in real time giving a direct link to JMA to ensure that our clients receive the most cost effective and structured temporary staffing possible.
