JMA BRACKLEY
JMA are based in the beautiful market town of Brackley. With a population of 14,378 (as estimated 2010) the town is perfectly positioned to accommodate the recruitment requirements for clients and candidates from across the three counties area. Boardering Milton Keynes, Oxford, Northampton and Cheltenham, the equidistant town of Brackley and the surrounding area has seen great growth in industry within specialist motorsport organsations involved in F1, Touring Cars and MotoGP to name but a few. Indeed Silverstone race circuit, the home of the British Grand Prix, is situated less than 8 miles away and certainly adds to local history as well as current day excitement. As a location Brackley offers the perfect location for JMA and we hope that we are able to continue to play an active part in the development and growth of our town.
JMA has its spiritual home in Brackley which is a home town to its senior directors and more importantly to some of our longest running clients.. JMA take great pride in taking an active interest in local events and organisations, sponsoring both the local under nines and tens rugby teams, and also sponsorship of the annual beer festival, a charity event brought to us by the Brackley Round Table.

Due to JMA's continued success we have recently set up a virtual office environment in the center of Oxford, This appointment only office allows us more access to our growing number of Oxford based Candidates and Clients, giving us the chance to offer a more personal approach to our candidates and clients who live closer to Oxford. This extension to our business allows us to offer a city center service with the personal touch of a local recruiter.
