This service is provided to USERS who agree to abide by the terms of use. The web site and its pages may be used for professional use only by strictly bone fide candidates, clients and business partners. Business (commercial) users other than the before mentioned requiring our information or service must obtain written consent from jmrec.co.uk before use.
Any user who breaks this agreement may have their use cancelled at any time, at jmrec.co.uk sole discretion. The user may be permanently banned from using the jmrec.co.uk website. You are reminded, recruitment procedures and outcome thereof, recruitment methods, tools and documentation, candidates and recruiters responsibilities , promises, insurance and assurances remain the responsibility of the individual(s), Candidate(s), Recruiter(s) and/or Business Partner(s) as applicable.
Right to refuse
Candidate(s), Recruiter(s) and/or Business Partner(s) may decline any request any time. Further, Candidate(s), Recruiter(s) and/or Business Partner(s) are not responsible for costs or expenses incurred during the process / contact.
Online Conduct
You are entirely responsible and liable for all of your activities, conduct etc. on and at jmrec.co.uk. You will not post on, from or through the service, or transmit to other users of the service, any material that infringes or violates another party's intellectual property rights (including another party's copyrights, trademark rights or trade secret rights) or rights of privacy, publicity or personality.
Site Monitoring
JMA reserves the right without obligation or responsibility, to monitor the materials posted on the jmrec.co.uk web site and pages. Right to Refuse Service
